Overview
The CM751B Solution Conettix IP Ethernet Module allows you to connect the Solution 16i or 144 control panel to the customer’s existing IP network. Using only a narrow network bandwidth, IP transmission overcomes the limitations of the digital PSTN dialler approach, and enables supervised alarm signal transmission with virtually no additional communication costs. This makes IP the perfect solution for reducing costs and ensuring more reliable communication at the same time.
Functions
Features like frequency variable polling, end-to-end transmission supervision and advanced 128bit encryption mean the CM751B is also well suited for high security applications. The CM751B allows the control panel to communicate with other devices connected to the IP network such as computers or access control systems, and offer a high security path for transferring alarm signal information to and from the Security Monitoring Centre. Review the panel history log as well as configure the control panel locally over the LAN or remotely over the internet or WAN. Indicators are provided to show the condition of the local area network and activity to simplify set up and commissioning.
